Tank B = 2/600 or ~0.003 minutes/gallon

Tank B unit rate

Rate = rise / run

Tank A = (1.5 mins - 0.75 mins) / 200 gallons

Tank B = (2 mins - 0 mins) / 600 gallons

Tank B = 2/600 or .003 minutes/gallon
