Does a point have a length and a width

Nope. Here's how it works:

Having 3 dimensions: "Solid" figures, that have length, width, and height.

Having 2 dimensions: "Plane" figures, having length and width.

Having 1 dimension: Lines, having only length.

Having zero dimensions:. Points. No length, no width, no height. Only location.
