Answer:

(x−4)(x^2−5x−6)

=(x+−4)(x^2+−5x+−6)

=(x)(x^2)+(x)(−5x)+(x)(−6)+(−4)(x^2)+(−4)(−5x)+(−4)(−6)

=x^3−5x^2−6x−4x^2+20x+24

=x^3−9x^2+14x+24

Answer:

x^3 - 9x^2 + 14x + 24

Explanation:

(x-4)(x^2 - 5x - 6)

=x(x^2 - 5x - 6) - 4(x^2 - 5x - 6)

=x^3 - 5x^2 - 6x - 4x^2 + 20x + 24

=x^3 - 9x^2 + 14x + 24
