My hour hand points between the 8 and the 9 in 35 minutes it will be the next hour. What time is it ?

Since it gives us a range between 8 and 9 we now need to subtract that hour for the 35 minutes.

There are 60 minutes in an hour

60 ➖ 35 = 25

This means it is 8:25 and in 35 minutes it will be 9
