B. Square root of 9 (which is 3) because it is the only one that is a number that terminates. All others are non repeating.

For this case, we have that by definition:

The rational numbers: are all those that can be represented as the quotient of two whole numbers or, an integer and a positive natural; that is, a common fraction
\frac {a} {c}with a and b distinct from zero.

Thus,
\sqrt {9} = 3 = \frac {3} {1}is rational

An irrational number is a number that can not be expressed as a fraction
\frac {a} {c}, where a and c are integers and c is different from zero. Thus,
\pi, \sqrt {8}\ and\ 3.8362319 are irrational numbers.

Answer:

\sqrt {9}
