Answer:

I got my answer in decimals

Explanation:

First we have to get rid of our y so we divide everything by 7.

4/7=0.57

2/7=0.29

after we divide we get

x=0.51

Subtract 7y7y from both sides

4x=2−7y

Divide both sides by 4

x= 2 - 7 y/ 4
