Explanation;

  • After the a bill has been proposed or its idea has been developed, it undergoes introduction which is done when the House in session.
  • In the house bills are officially introduced by placing them in a special box known as hopper, located at the rostrum, or speaker's platform.
  • In the house, a bill clerk retrieves the proposed bills from the hopper, and then numbers each bill as it is introduced. The clerk also gives each proposal a short tittle, which serves a s a summary of its principal contents. Then after the bill has received its number and title, it is entered in the House Journal in the house.
