"The liver produces bile which emulsifies fats i.e. breaks them down into small droplets for a larger surface area. This will increase the rate at which the fat is digested by lipase. Bile also neutralizes the acid produced by the stomach to provide ideal alkaline conditions for enzymes in the small intestine."

Answer:

Bile juice is produced in liver, the largest gland of our body.

Step-by-step explanation:

Bile juice contains bile salts and bile pigments. Bile salts help in emulsification of large fat globules. Emulsification is a process in which large fat globules are made into smaller fat globules on which lipase enzyme can act. Lipase is the actual enzyme which helps in fat digestion. It is produced by pancreas. But lipase can act on only emulsified fat molecules. Bile pigments are bilirubin and biliverdin which are responsible for the greenish yellow color of bile . One more important point is though bile is produced by liver, it is stored in gall bladder.
