Answer:

r=11.35mm C=71.28

Explanation:

Radius is half of the diameter so that would just be 22.7mm / 2

But for the circumference you multiply the radius by 2 (the diameter) and multiply pi so you multiply 22.7 x 3.14 and you get 71.278. but since you are rounding to the nearest hundredth it would be 71.28

Answer: r= 11.35 mm

C= 71.28 mm

Explanation:

Formula to find the circumference of a circle is given by :-

C=2\pi r, where r is the radius of the circle .

Given : Diameter d= 22.7 mm

Since radius is half of diameter .

Then,
r=(d)/(2)=(22.7)/(2)=11.35\ mm

Circumference =
C=2(3.14) (11.35)=71.278\approx71.28\ mm

Hence, C= 71.28 mm
