The answer would be D
All you would have to do is move the 6x to the other side by applying the opposite(if its positive then just subtract it and move it to the other side of the equal sign,
![- 2y= - 6x + 18](https://img.qammunity.org/2020/formulas/mathematics/middle-school/hcerwxa4pldtcqxdet84ixap0f5cqpmatf.png)
Then divide -2 from -2y and do the same on the other side,
![( - 2y)/( - 2) = ( - 6x)/( - 2) + (18)/( - 2)](https://img.qammunity.org/2020/formulas/mathematics/middle-school/xxpbmzquuu499xfiwnncieunnjbb4lsx6j.png)
Then you'll be left with,
![y = 3 * - 8](https://img.qammunity.org/2020/formulas/mathematics/middle-school/2nmlgy3jkf1b6knqqgaiii7qz1ltyrl5c9.png)
Hope this helped:)
