Answer:

2x +3y -3

Explanation:

The perimeter of a rectangle is the sum of the lengths of all its sides.

Perimeter of a rectangle= 2 length +2 width

16x -4y -4= 2(6x -5y +1) +2(width)

Expand:

16x -4y -4= 12x -10y +2 +2(width)

2(width)

= 16x -4y -4 -(12x -10y +2)

= 16x -4y -4 -12x +10y -2

= 4x +6y -6

2(width)= 2(2x +3y -3)

Divide both sides by 2:

width= 2x +3y -3
