Can someone please help me. What's your opinion on administering treatment in order to record a reaction with the discomfort animals experience which is necessary to advance medical science?

I personally do not believe in it at ALL, for several reasons the first being there is absolutely no reason why an innocent animal should have to suffer just so we can have a new product to use and secondly animals are NOT humans, we are two separate species. There will not be the same re-action.

No, it's NOT nessecary. If testing is needed, a company can use willing human volunteers to test reactions, or fake skin. If you're wanting to see the reaction in humans, why would you test on animals? A good 90-95% of the outcome of animal tests isn't helpful in humans.

I don't believe in the intentional suffering of animals.
