Using Slope intercept formula y = mx + b.

Note : m is the slope ( the number near x).

y+6=13(x−4)

y+6 = 13x - 52

Add -6 to both sides

y+ 6- 6 = 13x- 52- 6

y= 13x -58

Therefore the slope is 13
