If a container is ¾ full of water which is equivalent to 30litres. What will be the full capacity of the container?​

The full capacity of the container would be 40 liters of water.

Let full capacity = x

30=3/4 of x

“Of” means to multiply, therefore

30=3/4x
x=30(4/3)
x=40 liters
