To find the slope with two points use this simple equation

(y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
Then plug in the numbers

(6 - 4)/( (- 10) - (- 5))
Now solve

(2)/( - 5)
Your slope is

(2)/( - 5) or -0.4
