That means,

Let length = 12x and breadth = 5x

Perimeter = 34

2(l+b) = 34

12x + 5x = 17

17x = 17

x = 1

Lenth =12 cm

Breadth = 5 cm

By Pythagorean theorem

The length of the diagonal of rectangle = 13 cm
