41.3° and 48.7°

Explanation:

Complementary angles are angles with the sum of 90°

if one of the angle is 7.4° less than other

(90 - 7.4) ÷ 2 = 41.3° is the measure of smaller angle and

41.3 + 7.4 = 48.7° is the measure of bigger angle
