Subtract 14x from both sides. Then divide both sides by 19

14x + 19y = 20\\\\19y = 20-14x\\\\19y = -14x+20\\\\y = (-14x+20)/(19)\\\\y = (-14x)/(19)+(20)/(19)\\\\y = -(14)/(19)x+(20)/(19)\\\\

The equation is now in slope intercept form y = mx+b

m = -14/19 is the slope

b = 20/19 is the y intercept
