This would grammatically incorrect. You need more capitalization, punctuation, and such. It's obviously a run-on sentence as well. For it to be correct or 'proper' it would need to be as follows,

Good night, good morning, or good evening. Whatever it may be, I'm going to bed and wanted to say good night. I hope you have a good time wherever you are.
