What is the final cost of an item that is $120 after 6% sales tax?Then round the cost into the nearest tenth to divide it but the nearest hundred. When done subtract in total, to add all together.

PLEASE HELP i might fail... ;--;

Subtotal - $120
+ 6% = 0.06 x 120 = $7.20

$120 + $7.20 = $127.20

I’m also confused but this should be right...
