In a court system, everyone has a right to an attorney. In our criminal justice system, there are defense attorneys and prosecuting attorneys. Do some research to learn the difference between the two. Then give your opinion as to whether both roles (defense and prosecution) are important? Which kind of attorney would you want to be and why?

Yes they are both equally important they help us get justice and defend us. Without them some people wouldn't be where they are today. I would want to be a defense attorney if I were to be one. Mostly because I feel like they could do more than a prosecutor could. In conclusion I think they are both important and without them we don't know where we would be today.
