Should burning or destroying an American flag be illegal in the United States? Choose a side, yes or no, and explain your position.

Since it is a form of free speech, yes I do think it should be legal, but in respect to the country the act should be frowned upon. If we started limiting free speech then it wouldn’t be free anymore, and one limitation whether a slur becomes illegal or burning the flag becomes illegal, a domino effect will take place as more things would be made illegal to do or say.

If the flag is public property, then most likely yes. But if it's your own personal flag then I have absolutely no issue with it.

In all honesty America has way worse things to deal with instead of worrying about a flag. America has lost it's way and America never even had a way.

Today in America, it is everywhere but it's most common in America. We have two huge issues, pedophilia and racism.

But instead, police officers would rather be giving people parking tickets, shooting innocent black people for breathing, and getting on people for burning an American flag that's lost it's representation.
