Horizontal distance will be the adjacent = 6m

Using the SOH, CAH TOA trigonometry identity;

Cos theta = Adj/Hyp

Cos theta = 6/9

Cos theta = 0.6667

theta = cos^-1(0.6667)

theta = 48.19°

Hence the angle that the side makes with the ground to nearest degree is 48°
