As given data ,

(X1,Y1) = (-2, 11)

X1=-2 , Y1= 11

putt in the above equation these values, we get

Y-11 = (4/3) ( X-(-2))

Y-11 = (4/3)X +8/3

Y= (4/3)X +8/3+11

Y= (4/3)X + 41/3 Ans
