Which of the following statements is most likely to have been said

by a Federalist?

I'd vote for this new constitution, if it had a bill of rights.

The country is falling apart; we must find a way to hold
it together

I know something must change, but I am afraid of this
new system

I don't want to give up any more liberties, a strong
national government is dangerous!

Answer:

A Federalist would say, "The country is falling apart; we must find a way to hold it together."

Step-by-step explanation:

The Federalists felt that a strong central power was needed for defense since the first government, which was a Confederacy called the first Continental Congress, was very weak. Washington had a hard time keeping the army together.

I believe it is “The country is falling apart; we must find a way to hold it together.”

All of the other options include something about fear of a strong government or the want of a bill of rights, which is what the anti-federalists wanted, not the federalists.
