The y-intercept would be -6 and since the slope is -5 you’re equation would be y=-5x-6

y=mx+b
x=6, y=-6
slope/m=5
-6=5(6)+b
-6=30+b
move your terms
-b-6=30
-b=30+6
-b=36
divide by -b or -1
b=-36
answer: y=5x-36
