y-intercept = -5, slope = 5/3

Explanation:

The y-intercept is where on the y-axis (vertical line) does the graph cross. The slope can be found many different ways. My method for this graph was simply counting up the graph until I got to the point where the graph crosses another whole number on the x-axis and then counted over. This makes sense because slope is rise over run so if you go up 5 (from the y-intercept) and then over 3 (to get to the next whole number point) then your slope is 5/3
