Answer:

the slope is b: -1/2

rise/run is an easy way to do it. Count the number of x-units between points and the number of y-units. in this case its 6 x-units and 3 y-units. y is rise and x is run, so it'll be 3/6 or 1/2 and it's negative because it's decreasing left to right.
