Claire’s backyard is in the shape of a rectangle, with dimensions shown in the diagram. To complete some landscaping work, she’d like to know both perimeter and area of her yard. Use special right triangle relationships to complete the statements.

Answer:

Look at the rectangle as two individual right triangles, It gives the angles of two of the sides but don't worry cuz the third side will always be 90 degrees cuz duh its a right triangle So for each triangle the angles are 60, 30, 90 (this will be of use later). We know that the Hypotenuse of each triangle is 25 feet too and we can use that to calculate the answer on a website... I did it for you..

Side A (Between angle A and B): 12.5 ft

Side B (Between angle B and C): 21.65 ft

Side C (Between angle C and A): 25 ft

Now you can use these formulas to find the Area and Perimeter.

Area for a right triangle: Base (longest side) x Height (shortest side) Divided by 2... since you are calculating two of these triangles you don't need to divide.

Perimeter of a triangle: Add the length of all of the sides but instead of doing the individual triangles, just do Side A+ Side B + Side A+ Side B (or Side A + Side B x 2).

And you will get ur answer

Hope this helps ;)
