There are 53% monkeys, 28% wolves 16% elephants and the renaming 6 are bears. How many animals are in the zoo?

Wolves = 28x/100

Elephants = 16x/100

Bears = 6

Adding all,

53x/100 + 28x/100 + 16x/100 + 6 = x

97x/100+6 = x

97x+600 = 100x

100x-97x = 600

3x = 600

x = 600/3

x = 200 is the answer.
