Can someone tell me how to do better in history like wat are some ways to remember the work bc notes don’t help!

In all honesty, I have no clue. Normally, I don't use notes too often, but only when I need to review information. History normally comes naturally for me, so I don't really know what advice to give. I would suggest that if certain topics are harder to remember than others, than learn the topic in different ways if the way the teacher is teaching you doesn't help.

I like to use colorful pens or markers to write my notes, because using colors helps your brain register it better. I also just read everything very carefully and closely and study whenever i get the chance.
