Why wouldn’t you hear me screaming if I were stuck in space, but you would see my flashlight blinking an SOS signal for help?

Answer:

because sound travel in air theirs no air in space

light travel in waves it does not need any matter or material to carry its energy along so this means it can travel through airless space

Step-by-step explanation:

In empty space, the wave does not dissipate (grow smaller) no matter how far it travels, because the wave is not interacting with anything else. This is why light from distant stars can travel through space for billions of light-years and still reach us on earth.

hope this helps lovee :)
