Answer:

y=6x+20

Explanation:

m= y2-y1/x2-x1

m= -4-8/-4-(-2)= 12/-2= 6/1

y= mx+b

y= 6x+b

8= 6(-2)+b

8=-12+b

+12 +12

b= 20
