Describe in three sentences how Ca (Calcium) can get a positive two charge?

Calcium will want to lose two electrons to have a stable electron configuration of a Noble Gas, Argon. When it loses its two electron, calcium (20 protons = + charge) will have only 18 electrons (- charge); thus will have a 2+ charge
