How do I graph the equation?

0,9 is the answer to the problem

Well if your finding the slope and y intercept
Slope is -4
Y-int is (0,9)
So you would make the. -4 into -4/1 the you would plot (0,9) on the graph first then on the Y line go down 4 and move to the right 1
( I’m not sure if this helps)
