Question

Can someone please correct my English i need to send this to my disability case........Before the surgery I was very hard working man, my income was 7 to 8 thousands dollars a month as self employed I'm not eligible for sickness benefits I applied for WCB but didn't get improved the declined my case, now we don't have a money to pay our bills, mortgage,grocery, gas and other stuff 

I feel very weak I still need some time go back to work my family didn't ask me anything and fill my disability my without asked me any questions. 

My wife helps me to take a shower. Cooking,cleanup,drving 

Laundry she does everything for me 

I'm taking several kinds of medications .

I mostly feel dizzy,blurry. 

I'm very bored at home I wanted to go back to work but my body not allowing me now

With short term disability atleast I can pay some of my bills and grocery.

I feel very weak and I still need time to go back to work. My family didn't ask me anything and fill my disability without asking me any questions. My wife does evreything for me.
