Answer:

Before you would write a speech, you would need to know if the audience likes you. If the audience supports you. If the audience is on the same page as you/ understands what you are saying. You need to know what your audiance expects from you. Also you need to know what your audience wants from you. Lastly you need to know if your audience respects you. It is very important that your audience respects you, because if they don't respect you they will not agree with your speech therefore making them go to someone else to chose from.
