Step-by-step explanation:
the formula is to multiply the base(bottom) by height of the triangle and then divide it by 2. 11x6=66, 66/2=33(this is a way to say 66 divided by 2)

area=51ft²
explanation: area of a triangle = basexheight divided by 2.
(the base is 17 since 11+6=17)
17x6=102
102/2=51
