What is the slope of the line that passes through the points (-2, 9) and (-6, -2)?

The formula to find the slope between two coordinates is:

m = y2 - y1/x2 - x1

So, substitute the coordinates into the formula.

m = -2 - 9/-6 - (-2)

m = -11/-4

The slope, or m, is -11/-4.
