Answer:

Slope is 3, y-intercept is 4

Explanation:

y-intercept is where the line intercepts the y-axis, in this case it goes through 4 on the y-axis so it's 4

the slope is how much y it goes per x, can be the other way around basically u want a whole number, y/x is how u would write it. It goes up 3 units every 1 unit to the right, so it's 3/1 = 3

the equation would be y = 3x + 4

y = mx + b

m is the slope, b is the y-intercept
