What are some benefits of using Logos in advertisements, rather than Ethos?

Answer:

Logos is when you use facts to persuade your audience like statistics and first person testimonials etc. ethos is when you use people of credibility or authority which of course can be good or bad since that person can have their own motives. The benefits of logos is that you cannot argue with facts and facts are universal unlike with ethos where some people simply wont listen due to the person that is being used and then there's the issue of if that person actually knows what they are talking about.
