Given: AD is equal to BC snd AD is parallel to BC. Prove ABCD is a Parollelogram

If ad is both equal to and parallel to bc that would mean they are the same length and never intersect meaning they are straight lines and would look like = if this is the case then lines AB and DC would have to also be parallel lines and fit the length of the gap between AD and BC meaning AD and AB will be right angle perpendiculars. This would mean the shape of the figure would be a rectangle or square, making it a parallelogram.
