The 15th Amendment states that people’s rights cannot be taken away from them because of their race, gender, etc. The practices that occurred in 1870 all prevented blacks to vote, which violates the principles of the 15th Amendment for that the 15th Amendment allows equality for all.

Yes they did violate it. Even though the amendment was new in 1870 it clearly stated: prohibits the federal government and each state from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen's "RACE, COLOR, or previous condition of servitude."
