So we have to calculate the midpoint of the diameter, using this formula:

midpoint = (
(x_(2 )+x_(1) )/(2) ,
(y_(2) + y_(1) )/(2) )

= (
(3 + (-5))/(2) ,
(4 + 6)/(2) )

= (-1, 5)

∴ The center of the circle lies at the point (-1, 5).
