Solve this equation. In kansas there are 10 inches of snow on the ground in a snowing at rate of 1 inch per hour. In nebraska it is snowing at of rate of 3 inches per hour but there are only 4 inches of snow on the ground. How long will it have to snow for there to be the same amount of snow on the ground in both states?
