I'm not sure what "report speech" is, I think, but I'll go off the meaning of it being when it's being told about like in a story or something, so being reported, I suppose.

1. She told that she would come if she had the time.

2. She advised me to not lie to him.

3. The doctor asked how I was feeling.

4. I wanted to know if you were coming tonight.

5. My father told me to not be late.

6. Susan that she had went to Italy two years ago.

7. Mike confessed that he didn't see what happened with Jake.

8. Emma ask if they could help her with her suitcase.

9. The director announced that they'd start filming next year.

10. The teacher asked if they'd finished their reports.

11. My parents wanted to know when I was coming home.

12. I asked the shop assistant if they had this jumper in green.

13. My father told him not to leave the window open.

14. We invited Marta and John to come and have dinner with us.

15. Jane asked her dad if she could borrow the car.

(Overall, it's kinda just taking out the quotations and adding "that" after the speech word, I suppose, like "asked that (dialougue)" or "told him that (dialogue)" maybe.
