Vaping because it contains nicotine. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. While I don’t know the effects weed have on lungs it is often used to calm people.

Answer: I would say vaping is more worse for you lungs seeing how it causes you to literally inhaling metal and that can damage your lungs way more than weed would
