My Morning Routine
My mother rises the earliest. She makes tea and wakes my father. Together they drink tea over their discussion on certain news items of the morning newspaper.
The maid comes on time. She does the cleaning and washing. After she leaves, my mother gets ready. Then she wakes me and my younger brother.
While we prepare for school, she checks our uniform and our bags according to the time-table. She serves us the breakfast and packs our Tiffin too.
Meanwhile my father, who helps himself, gets ready. He leaves us at the bus stop from where we take our school bus at 7.30 am.
Back at home, they eat their breakfast together. When my father leaves for office at 9.30 am, my mother is left alone at home.
