-5x + 32 = -20x + 48

Because the answer would be where they both meet

So basically, I would divide the first equation by -5.

-5x/5 and 32/-5

Whatever you get as an answer is equal to x.

x= 6.4

you would do that with the other equation.

-20x/-20 and 48/-20

x=-2.4
