Slope: (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(7-9)/(3-2) = -2/1 = -2
Y = mx + b
Plug everything in
Y = -2x + b
9 = -2(2) + b
9 = -4 + b, b = 13
Equation: y = -2x + 13
